Meet the characters!

Did you ever wonder who the characters from The Blobster Chronicles were based off of? Well, you're in luck!  

Blobster: Although the crazy and energetic protagonist of the Blobster Chronicles was created by Ada and Nora, Blobster is not based off of anyone in particular.  

Ms. Food-Food: Ms. Food-Food, the stories patient, kind, and always-willing-to-help character is based off of Ms. Hahn, the best-ever teacher. She always had food in her classroom, and wouldn't hesitate to hand out gallons of goldfish, packets of gummy bears, and bags of Nature Valley bars to anyone who asked. She is a crucial character to the Blobster Chronicles, who binds everyone together.  

Mr. Retiring: The hard-working, friendly, rule-follower chief of police is based off of everyone's favorite principal, Mr. O'Hara! At times he can be loose and sometimes a rule-breaker, but always for the purpose of fun! He is a necessary character for defeating Mr. Technically. 

 Mr. Technically: The evil Technically was inspired by a person named Mr. Rose who always interrupted people saying, "Well technically..." 

Mr. Electronics: The tech-savvy person who always has a solution to everything - using only electronics, of course, is based off of Mr. V! He's known as the school's electronics guy who can fix everything, just like his character! 

Ms. Bee: Ms. Bee, the strict, disciplined, but bubbly character who always puts other people first is based off of Ms. Buller, the school's old vice principal, and now a new full-time head principal! 

Dr. Wash-Your Hands: The cleanest person in the whole universe is based off of Nurse Heather. Rumors say that she cleans her house EVERY DAY with the best cleaning supplies. She is an always-available, super helpful person who won't hesitate to help. 

Bob: Bob, the antagonists' helper that just wants to party all night, isn't actually based off of anyone. He's a complicated person who isn't necessarily on the side of evil - all he wants is to stay loyal to his friends. 

Ms. Boop: Everyone's favorite math teacher, who isn't that cool because she drinks broccoli juice, is based off of Ms. Boucher! She's a super fun 6th grade math teacher who does more than just teach us, she's become someone fun to hang out with during break and will always make a situation fun.  

Ms. Condensation: The creator of the most popular song about condensation is based off of the one and only Ms. Paysnick, the 6th grade science teacher! She's always happy and funny, but keeps the class behaved.  

Mr. Euphrates-River: Mr. Euphrates-River, the fun and open guy, is based off of Mr. Klein, the 6th grade social studies teacher! He showed us a song called the Mesopotamia song, and it got stuck in everyone's head for the rest of the day, and for some people, even a week! 

Ms. Curly-Hair: Ms. Curly-Hair, part of the curly hair team, is based off of Ms. Deranian, the 6th grade writing teacher! When teaching us a lesson, she would always write down directions on the whiteboard while explaining, and when she would mess up her writing, would say, "Ugh, I can't talk and write at the same time!"  

 Ms. Stop-N-Jots: Ms. Stop-N-Jots is based off of Ms. Ojomo, our old 6th grade reading teacher- we miss you so much!!! Before leaving, Ms. Ojomo was a kind, loving, teacher who always understood you.

Profe Tsk-Tsk-Tsk:  Based off of Profe Morales, who always says, 'tsk, tsk, tsk!' is a fun, lively teacher who keeps Spanish fun. (Fun fact: Profe Morales really did say, "Make sure to turn in all your homework so you don't get a big fat zero like a potato in Canvas!") 

Ms. Boomwhaker: Ms. Boomwhaker, dedicated to music, is based off of Ms. Chylinski, the chorus and music teacher, who, in 4th and 5th grade, would always have us play around with boomwhakers. 

Mr. Guitar:  Mr. Guitar is based off Mr. Stack, the guitar-loving music teacher for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders.  

Mr. Sporty-Dude-Dude: Mr. Sporty-Dude-Dude is based off of the P.E. teacher, Mr. Newman. Keeping P.E. fun, he'll have kids always looking forwards to his class.  

Mr. Senate: Mr. Senate is based off of Mr. Sennott, another P.E. teacher.  

Ms. Chocolatte-Choco-Choco: Ms. Ms. Chocolatte-Choco-Choco is based off of Ms. Nixon, another P.E. teacher! She is a great one, and will always blast her favoirte song to play at school, Chocolate choco choco. You can find it here!  

Mike/John: Although the couple are very sweet and funny, they are not based off of anyone in particular.

Bockyboop: Bockyboop, the manipulative, cunning villain, is inspired by a character in Avatar the Last Airbender, Azula, but is not necessarily based off of her.  

Mr. Micro: Mr. Micro, the pizza-loving citizen of Adjectiville, is based off of Mr. Mike, the cafeteria supervisor, who always belted into the microphone when the stubborn crowd off students wouldn't listen.  

Ms. Everything: The jack of all trades! Ms. Everything is inspired by Ms. Moore, who helps with everything! She helps with lunch, she helps with subs, she helps with, well,....everything! 

Special mention to people that didn't get to be in the book but are still not forgotten! (what job they would also have is include in this list, too!!): 

Ms. Abi and Mr. Davidson would run the art gallery in Adjectiville. They would probably have designed and painted the teleporter, too! 

Ms. Walkup and Ms. Seifert would be the librarians, and would run the Adjectiville library, making Mr. Retiring and Ms. Food-Food as knowledgeable as they are.  

And Ms. Grogan, who would be a trainer that taught Ms. Food-Food and Mr. Retiring all those cool battle moves that they used when they defeated the Gobble Guards.
